Discover our 1 , 2, and 3 bedroom apartments in Henderson, NV, and east Las Vegas, featuring 683-1,232 square feet of spacious living areas. From the snug, tropical oasis to the lavish, Vegas-style abode, find the perfect floor plan to suit your lifestyle.

Applicants must meet standard rental qualifications, including a gross monthly income of at least three times the rent, with income verified through a third-party screening service. Self-employed applicants are required to provide a recent tax return along with bank or financial statements. All applicants aged 18 and older will undergo credit and background screening and must provide a valid government-issued ID with identity verification. Please note that prior evictions or outstanding balances with previous landlords may result in denial. A full summary of rental criteria will be provided upon submission of an application.

  • Breed Restrictions Apply - American Pit Bull Terrier, American Bull Dog, Dogo Argentino, Tosa (Tosa Inu), American Staffordshire Terrier, Canary Dog (Presa Canario), Fila Brasileiro (Brazilian Mastiff), Staffordshire Bull Terrier, Cane Corso, Presa Mallorquin (ca de Bou), Rottweiler, Doberman Pinschers, Wolf Hybrids or any breed with dominant traits of aggression.
